- Manage Building Services Contractors in MRT station construction.
- Oversee safety, quality, and progress of contractors' works.
- Assist in planning and managing contract cashflows.
- Assess variations, payments, and claims.
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, designers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure project coordination.
Requirements
- Knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant working experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Good appreciation of civil, electrical works constraints and interface requirements.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical, resourceful, and result-oriented team player.
