Leads contractors in designing, supplying, installing, testing, and commissioning rail communication systems for MRT lines. Ensures safety, quality, progress, and environmental impact. Manages risks, cash flows, and liaises with stakeholders for project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractors for rail communication systems
- Ensure safety, quality, progress, and environmental impact of works
- Plan and manage risks and cash flows of contracts
- Issue instructions and assess variations/payments/claims
- Liaise with project teams, contractors, designers, and stakeholders
- Prepare tender specifications, evaluate tenders, and award contracts
Requirements
- Knowledge in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects (for senior position)
- Good appreciation of civil, trackwork, electrical, and mechanical works constraints
- Strong project management, decision making, and leadership skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to perform occasional night works including weekends and public holidays
