Key Responsibilities
- Lead and advise agencies on data science strategy and AI/ML adoption.
- Translate business objectives into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics.
- Design and implement predictive models and optimization algorithms.
- Develop scalable data science workflows in cloud environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers on data pipelines and quality.
- Establish best practices for model governance, fairness, and explainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related.
- 8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied machine learning.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Python or R, and proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML frameworks.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and data wrangling.
