Key Responsibilities
- Drive development and implementation of philanthropic policies and strategies.
- Develop, evaluate, and execute strategies and partnerships for sustainable resourcing.
- Support formulation and execution of policies promoting sustainable giving.
- Undertake environmental scanning and sectoral research.
- Develop data-driven value propositions for Community Chest.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships to advance philanthropy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in strategic planning or policy development.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
- Results-driven self-starter.
