Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR digital transformation efforts and automate processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency with new technologies.
  • Support quarterly billing process for LTA manpower projects.
  • Review workload vs. requirements for manpower proposals.
  • Monitor manpower movements against plans and take corrective actions.
  • Support workforce planning functions like headcount position monitoring.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel or other digital tools with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge on digitalization or automation tools.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
  • Good communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR operations.
  • Experience in HR planning is an advantage.
