Key Responsibilities
- Conduct manual accessibility audits across web platforms against Singapore's Digital Service Standards.
- Use lived experience with assistive technologies to identify real-world usability issues.
- Document findings in clear, structured reports for various stakeholders.
- Provide actionable remediation guidance grounded in WCAG criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate accessibility issues.
- Stay current with evolving accessibility trends and assistive technologies.
Requirements
- Lived experience as a person with a vision disability and strong proficiency with screen readers.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to read and understand basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ARIA usage.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience.
