Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of officers investigating vocational licence offences.
- Provide guidance and vet assessments of Investigation Officers.
- Review recommendations and ensure fair investigation processes.
- Undertake projects to improve work processes and efficiency.
- Support Senior Manager in daily section operations.
- Conduct regulations and process reviews, and systems development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in investigations or regulatory enforcement.
- Experience in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.
- Keen interest in investigation-related work.
- Able to exercise sound judgment and multi-task.
- Strong analytical, communication, and written skills.
- Meticulous with good problem-solving skills.
