Senior Scientist/Scientist role in Clean Energy Research Centre, School of Engineering, Singapore. Focus on R&D for Battery Management Systems (BMS), system-level battery safety, multi-source energy management, and algorithm development for diagnostics and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead R&D projects on BMS for various battery types.
- Conduct system-level research on battery safety and external monitoring.
- Design and optimize multi-source energy management systems.
- Develop and implement algorithms for battery diagnostics and optimization.
- Advance research on future battery systems from an EEE perspective.
- Support ESS and microgrid integration.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Preferably 2-5 years of relevant R&D or industry experience.
- Strong expertise in battery systems, including BMS development and safety analysis.
- Familiarity with Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS).
- Experience in multi-source energy management.
- Practical skills in hardware and software development.
