About the role
The Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for Strategy, Planning and Analytics within the Singapore Global Network (SGN). This role involves developing and implementing SGN's strategies, managing workplans, tracking KPIs, and conducting data analytics to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis and needs assessment of SGN's strategic priorities.
- Propose and lead data-driven research on emerging trends.
- Translate insights into OKRs or actionable next steps.
- Plan, track, and evaluate SGN's corporate performance and workplans.
- Design and develop reports and dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights for improving the status quo.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience; experience in strategy or corporate planning is a plus.
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to draw insights from multiple data sources.
- Strong sense of intellectual curiosity and willingness to explore new ideas.
- Proven ability to logically structure and substantiate arguments.
- Ability to influence internal/external stakeholders.
- Mastery in handling qualitative and quantitative data.
