Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative learning interventions for sustained public engagement with GenAI.
- Develop phygital gamified interventions and digital activities/games.
- Launch UGC campaigns and build community networks for GenAI adoption.
- Develop metrics to measure engagement depth, attitudes, and adoption outcomes.
- Capture and analyze data for intervention optimization.
- Research emerging trends in gamification, behavioral design, and GenAI education.
Requirements
- 2 to 10 years of relevant experience in campaign development, UX, gamification, or learning experience design.
- Understanding of user-oriented design in gamification and behavioral intervention contexts.
- Experience in data-driven planning, metrics design, and analysis.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Experience engaging multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
