About the role
Seeking a Senior UX Designer to support the design and evolution of a CTO-as-a-Service platform. Design intuitive user experiences, collaborate with product managers and developers, and mentor UX/UI designers.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead UX strategy and design across product portfolio
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Mentor and inspire a team of UX/UI designers
- Work with user research teams
- Analyse user research findings and translate into design strategies
- Refine designs using data-driven analysis
Requirements
- Strong skills in research analysis, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
- Ability to collaborate with external user research teams
- Proven ability to manage and mentor designers
- Proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- Excellent verbal and visual communication skills
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS)
