- Complete ServiceNow development training
- Write and test business rules, client scripts, and utility functions
- Utilize ServiceNow Integration Hub and REST APIs
- Integrate with LLM providers
- Participate in testing, debugging, and documenting features
- Participate in an Agile/Scrum environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
- Proficiency in JavaScript or Python
- Solid grasp of OOP principles, data structures, and algorithms
- Curiosity to learn enterprise software and AI/LLM technologies
- Ability to logically approach and solve technical challenges
- Foundational knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and web services (REST, JSON)
