Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous bus design enhancement through trials and evaluations.
- Plan and execute technology trials for new features and operational enhancements.
- Engage with stakeholders (Bus Captains, commuters, OEMs, PTOs) for feedback.
- Translate insights into practical, actionable improvements.
- Influence bus design, testing, upgrading, and refinement throughout their lifecycle.
- Enhance passenger safety, driver ergonomics, and inclusive travel environment.
