Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review human capital products (training/placement grants, work pass schemes).
- Partner and co-develop industry/firm-level talent solutions.
- Engage with government agencies and tertiary institutions on manpower policies.
- Analyze workforce data and industry trends for policy development.
- Work across multiple project teams within the division.
- Facilitate investment and industry development through manpower strategies.
Requirements
- At least four years of relevant work experience (consulting, public policy, HR).
- Familiarity with education, training, and human capital development.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience engaging stakeholders across all seniority levels.
