Key Responsibilities
- Partner and co-develop industry/firm-level solutions to address talent and capability development needs.
- Work with government agencies, institutes of higher learning, and tripartite partners on policies and initiatives.
- Manage and review global talent attraction products.
- Analyze workforce data to facilitate industry talent and capability development efforts.
- Ensure local workforce remains industry relevant and competitive.
- Develop balanced manpower strategies.
Requirements
- A degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience; preferably exposure to consulting, public policy, capability development, corporate/regional HR experience or related areas
- Proactive, independent, inquisitive, open-minded and resourceful
- A strategic thinker with strong analytical ability
- Good language and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
