- Deliver value through multiple agile product teams.
- Ensure solid technical direction, drive design, implementation & delivery.
- Make teams effective, set standards, and create a growth culture.
- Collaborate with Product and UX leaders on product vision and strategy.
- Define team's engineering strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and manage roadmaps.
Requirements

- Ensure solid technical direction, drive the design, implementation & delivery.
- Make your teams effective, setting standards and creating growth culture.
- Collaborate with respective Product and UX leaders in creating and driving a solid, coherent product vision and strategy.
- Setting and measuring objectives for the products in your portfolio, creating and maintaining long-term technical plans and roadmaps for your products.
- Defining your team’s engineering strategy, and directions that align with the organization’s overall vision and goals.
