Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, business objectives, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with agencies.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to develop value propositions and secure buy-in.
- Conduct market, competitive, and user research to discover user needs.
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on user needs and impact.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories.
- Own product performance and track user engagement using data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management.
- Experience working directly with engineers, designers, and product teams.
- Strong background in modern product development practices (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking).
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from scratch.
- Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
