Key Responsibilities
- Lead product development, system integration, and architecture design for applications.
- Manage application development team and ensure alignment with product roadmaps.
- Translate business requirements into technical product roadmaps.
- Provide application operational and technical support.
- Serve as the technical lead for the in-house software development team.
- Promote good software engineering practices, focusing on DevSecOps and Cloud Computing.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with the application products used by public officers.
- Deep familiarity with Govt ICT&SS Management (IM8) policies and SG TechStack.
- Extensive experience in application architecture, system integration, and data architecture.
- Proven track record in leading development teams.
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps and Cloud Computing practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
