About the role
Manage governance and compliance for incoming donations, ensuring adherence to laws, regulations (Charities Act, CoC, IM, AML), and internal policies. Develop SOPs, implement AML/CFT controls, manage audits, and provide training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare reports for senior management.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and governance for incoming donations.
- Develop and maintain SOPs for donation processing.
- Ensure adherence to Charities Act, CoC, IM, and internal controls.
- Implement AML/CFT controls and donor due diligence.
- Serve as liaison for internal and external audits.
- Provide compliance training to staff.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Charities Act, CoC, IM.
- Strong knowledge of AML/CFT practices.
- Experience managing audits and regulatory reviews.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in governance, compliance, or audit.
- Experience in public sector, charity, or regulated environment preferred.
