Requirements
- Experience with large, high-availability software systems at scale.
- Experience in modern full-stack web application technologies.
- Experience in modern front-end engineering (Next.Js/React.js) and Java/TypeScript backend preferred.
- Strong technical leadership and soft skills.
- Passion for engineering excellence and craftsmanship.
- 2+ years of experience coaching developers.
