Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver Data & AI curriculum
- Build strategic partnerships with training providers and product teams
- Lead assessment of Data Champions and AI Champions bootcamp projects
- Develop practical exercises and case studies based on public sector use cases
- Provide technical leadership for AI Prompt Engineering competitions
- Support design and implementation of experimentation programs (AI incubators, hackathons)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Quantitative Social Science, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data science
- Demonstrable experience in developing/delivering technical training programs and/or implementing data & AI projects
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL
- Capable of translating business use cases into analytical problems
- Proficient in data cleaning, imputation, and correction
