Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and UX partners to shape technical and delivery goals.
- Balance new feature delivery with technical sustainability and risk mitigation.
- Coach and develop engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and career growth planning.
- Build a high-trust, inclusive team culture.
- Ensure the team ships high-quality software predictably.
- Improve Developer Experience (DevX) and reduce friction.
