About the role

Oversee grant governance and programme evaluation frameworks in BCA. Develop, manage, and review incentive schemes and programmes for the built environment sector. Strengthen grant governance, improve administration processes, and build capabilities in project evaluation and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and review incentive schemes and programmes.
  • Collaborate with government agencies on guidelines and best practices.
  • Strengthen grant governance and management for compliance and effectiveness.
  • Leverage data to support reviews and improve administration processes.
  • Develop strategies to strengthen programme evaluators’ and grant administrators’ capabilities.
  • Harmonize grant schemes to enhance governance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in grant governance, design, administration, or programme development/evaluation.
  • Familiarity with Instruction Manual (IM) on Grants Governance is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong system thinking and analytic skills.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to adopt data analytics.
