- Analyze and establish user requirements for the Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) system.
- Understand the implementation of Account-Based Ticketing at bus and rail systems.
- Work with stakeholders to define business and operational needs into system requirements.
- Ensure requirements are feasible and sustainable for system implementation.
- Communicate requirements clearly to different target groups.
Requirements
- Background knowledge in Information Technology or Engineering.
- Understanding of system implementation lifecycle.
- Experience analyzing project requirements is preferred.
- Savviness with technology and willingness to try innovative solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team.
