Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and deploy AI/LLM technologies for educational contexts.
- Optimize and fine-tune models for performance goals.
- Integrate AI into live platforms and workflows.
- Lead benchmarking and testing of AI models.
- Develop internal evaluation frameworks and tooling.
- Explore new AI use cases with educators and specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred).
- 5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or applied data science.
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Experience in optimizing and deploying AI models in production.
- Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic AI systems.
- Strong skills in benchmarking, evaluation design, and performance analysis.
