Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Set strategic direction for AI experimentation and capability development.
- Lead the uplifting of computer vision and multimodal AI capabilities.
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap for AI capability building.
- Guide the team in conducting advanced AI experiments.
- Engage with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with organizational needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in AI/ML, preferably in Computer Vision.
- 2+ years of proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Deep understanding of computer vision techniques.
- Familiarity with multimodal AI systems.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
