Key Responsibilities
- Optimize daily Account Payables (AP) operations and identify process improvements.
- Manage month-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive Finance-related projects focused on automation and continuous improvement.
- Develop insightful financial reports and visualisations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, government policies, and internal controls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant accounting, finance automation, and data related experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (Workday Financials knowledge a plus).
- Advanced data analytics skills with ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and priority management.
- Proactive problem-solver with ability to suggest and drive process improvements.
