Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership in harnessing technologies for value-added services.
- Lead and execute digitalization plans in partnership with agency Chief Digital Strategy Officers.
- Manage infrastructure services to meet business objectives and operational needs.
- Advise on strategic ICT use and collaborate with partners and vendors.
- Review ICT initiatives and identify opportunities for harmonization.
- Coach and mentor staff, identify talent, and drive development opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in computer science or general discipline with relevant ICT experience.
- 20 years' experience with at least 10 years in management capacity.
- Experience in public sector or robust ICT experience in private sector (Cloud Infrastructure Implementation and Operations).
- Demonstrate deep or broad technical expertise in Infrastructure Services.
- Knowledge of ICT operations in public and private sectors.
- Strategic thinking skills with broad perspective.
