Key Responsibilities
- Engage the agency Product Owner to establish a clear product vision.
- Collaborate with business partners to define product vision and mission.
- Design, test, and iterate through experiments to improve the user journey.
- Conduct user studies to understand needs and problems.
- Translate product strategy into actionable plans for business and vendor teams.
- Drive user adoption and growth through increased engagement.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related subject area.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior working experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing.
- Experience in modern product development/management technologies and practices (Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking).
- Working directly with engineers, designers and other product managers (ideally at least 3 years).
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
