Key Responsibilities
- Formulate policies and frameworks to drive adoption of productive initiatives.
- Explore innovative design and/or construction management approaches.
- Engage industry stakeholders to assess productivity impact of new technologies.
- Engage industry stakeholders to understand challenges and secure buy-in.
- Conduct productivity data management and analysis.
- Monitor and ensure relevance and effectiveness of productivity measures.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction/project management, architecture, engineering, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills.
- Resourceful, able to work independently and in a team.
- Positive mindset.
