Key Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of new operational CONOPS and next-generation port systems.
- Demonstrate technical leadership for smooth and timely project execution.
- Conduct technical studies, proof-of-concepts, and technology trials.
- Translate operational requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
- Contribute to high operational readiness and resiliency of command and control systems.
- Plan and execute systems management activities for assigned systems.
Requirements
- Experience in managing Electrical/Electronic Engineering-related systems.
- Knowledge in system engineering and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work well in diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage stakeholders.
