Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on digital learning trends and provide recommendations.
- Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and instructors on learning technologies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning technologies using data analytics.
- Provide training and support for adoption of learning technologies.
- Partner with SMEs to develop online courseware and digital content.
- Manage LMS and digital tools for online learning and assessment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training or educational technology.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing digital learning technologies.
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, team player, and able to multi-task.
