EY is seeking a Senior Consultant for Financial Services Risk Management, specializing in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC). The role involves providing strategic sourcing services related to regulatory compliance, FCC, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, internal controls, and internal audit to financial services clients. The candidate will contribute to advisory services on FCC target operating models and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic sourcing services related to regulatory compliance, Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), corporate governance, enterprise risk management, internal controls and internal audit to clients in the financial services industry.
- Assist organizations to maintain effective and efficient controls to manage organizational and strategic risks.
- Contribute to advisory business in FCC, including advisory services on FCC target operating models, business processes and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Financial Crime Compliance (AML/CFT, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Fraud) experience in banking, insurance, asset management, or a big public accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of expectations of regulators such as MAS and HKMA.
- Knowledge of other ASEAN jurisdictions' AML regulations and environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of the global risk and regulatory environment, especially developments in the FCC space.
- Graduate degree in law, finance or commerce preferred.
- Industry related certification (e.g., CAMS or ICA diploma in AML) preferred.
