About the role
The Regional Solutions Sales Specialist drives revenue growth, manages strategic client relationships, and leads complex solution sales across the Asia South region for Citi. The role involves market development, cross‑selling institutional banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and deepen strategic relationships with global and regional clients, including C‑suite executives.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities across cash management, investor services, and other institutional banking products.
- Develop and execute new‑business acquisition strategies, acting as an ambassador at industry forums and targeting under‑penetrated segments.
- Lead end‑to‑end solution sales, managing RFP responses, client pitches, and coordinating with product and implementation teams.
- Partner with banking, legal, compliance, risk, and finance functions to ensure robust governance and regulatory adherence.
- Manage sales pipeline, deliver client presentations, and produce internal performance reports.
Requirements
- Proven ability in complex solution sales within a highly regulated environment.
- Deep product knowledge of cash management and investor services is essential.
