- Job Description The Supply Chain Order Management Manager leads the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective fulfillment of customer orders.
- This role acts as a key interface between Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Order Management and Execution Own RLC-Asia Order Process and Delivery activities, from order validation through fulfillment and ensures on-time delivery performance.
- Manage and handles order holds, backorders, allocation constraints, and delivery issues.
- Act as escalation point for customer delivery issues and business-critical shipments Communicate delivery commitments, changes, and risks clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Typically 6+ years relevant experience in Order Management or Customer Fulfillment for entry to this level.
- Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
