About the role
This role leads a team that designs and delivers advanced manufacturing solutions for semiconductor and electronics customers, combining deep process knowledge with enterprise software and analytics to improve fab productivity and yield. The manager acts as the primary technical and business advisor to customers while driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design and consulting engagements for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing customers
- Manage and mentor a team of solution consultants and technical architects
- Translate customer business challenges into technical requirements and solution roadmaps
- Present solution proposals and ROI analyses to C-level and VP-level customer stakeholders
- Oversee pilot and production deployments of manufacturing software and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with product engineering to prioritize feature development based on customer feedback
- Drive continuous improvement of solution methodologies and delivery accelerators
- Establish and maintain executive relationships with key customer accounts
- Contribute to business development by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Represent the company at industry conferences and technical forums
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field; MBA or master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environments
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or customer-facing engineering roles
- Proven track record of leading complex enterprise software implementations in manufacturing settings
- Deep understanding of semiconductor fab processes, yield management, and manufacturing execution systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and manufacturing KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally
- Experience with ERP, MES, PLC, or SCADA systems in high-volume manufacturing
- Familiarity with industry standards such as SEMI and ISO
- Preferred certifications: PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Experience with IoT, AI/ML applications in manufacturing is a plus
- Prior people management experience is highly desirable
