EY is seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager for its Data & Analytics team within Financial Services to design and execute data-driven transformation programs, develop data strategies, and lead client engagements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design the execution of client transformation programs to support their transition towards a data‑driven organisation, with data and people at the heart of change.
- Develop a seamless data and analytics strategy that solves complex business challenges and enables better‑informed decisions.
- Design and implement data and technology operating models that encompass people, process, technology, and data.
- Leverage data platforms and solutions to help clients visualise and better understand their data.
- Provide thought leadership on innovating with traditional or emerging technology tools to extract greater value.
- Lead and support the creation of client proposals and business development initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Financial Services (industry or consulting).
- Preferably at least 1 year of consulting experience at a Big 4 or other consulting firm.
- Experience with data and analytics approaches such as data mesh.
- Understanding of how data strategies are created and implemented.
