About This Role

The Solutions Engineering team is the primary technical advocate for customers, succeeding through high-velocity integrated Go-To-Market models called 'Sales Plays' in the Select Territory.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate technical sales motions alongside customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Solve complex technical problems for end-users and partners.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to execute Go-To-Market strategies effectively.
  • Ensure technical solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Provide expert guidance to sales teams during the sales play process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales and solutions engineering.
  • Strong understanding of the Go-To-Market model, specifically 'Sales Plays'.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions for select customers.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a sales team structure.
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to business goals.
