About the role
Provide 24x7 IT support for system and batch monitoring, job activation, diagnostics and reporting in EY's Data & Analytics team in Singapore on a 3‑month contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily system and batch monitoring to ensure services are up and running
- Activate necessary batch jobs and verify successful execution
- Perform basic system diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed
- Follow the 24x7 shift schedule, including night shifts for production support
- Escalate problems to leads diligently
- Generate regular daily reports on batch status
Requirements
- Diploma in IT, Data Analytics or a related discipline
- Commit to a 3‑month contract (renewal subject to project needs)
- Willingness to work night shifts as part of a 24x7 schedule
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboarding (preferred)
- Ability to engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
