About the role
Senior project manager role leading large-scale ERP and manufacturing systems transformation for a Tier 1 semiconductor company. Responsible for end-to-end program delivery including business process re-engineering, system integration, and organizational change management across multiple global sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide ERP and manufacturing systems implementation projects across multiple global sites
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Drive business process re-engineering and optimization initiatives aligned with system implementations
- Manage cross-functional project teams including IT, operations, finance, and business stakeholders
- Oversee data migration strategies and execution from legacy systems to new platforms
- Coordinate vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing vendor management
- Establish and maintain project governance structures including steering committees and working groups
- Implement change management strategies to ensure successful user adoption and organizational transformation
- Monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans and escalation paths
- Deliver regular project status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience in large-scale system implementations
- Proven track record of managing ERP implementations in manufacturing environments, preferably semiconductor
- PMP certification required
- Experience with SAP, MES, PLM systems implementation and integration
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and operations
- Demonstrated experience in business process re-engineering and optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $10M and teams of 20+ members
- Knowledge of change management methodologies and implementation
- Experience working in global, multi-site environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% regionally
- Agile or Six Sigma certification preferred
