This consulting role focuses on delivering advanced data and analytics solutions for manufacturing and industrial technology clients. The Associate or Senior Associate will develop data pipelines, visualization dashboards, and analytical models to optimize operational efficiency and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver data-driven solutions for complex industrial supply chain and manufacturing operations challenges
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes to support client analytics needs
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau to provide actionable insights into production performance
- Translate complex business requirements into technical data specifications and architectural designs
- Assist in the implementation of data governance frameworks and data quality monitoring across diverse systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting teams to solve client challenges using advanced descriptive and predictive analytics
- Prepare and present findings and project updates to both technical and non-technical client stakeholders
- Support the development of internal tools and intellectual property within the Data & Analytics practice
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum of 2 to 6 years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or technology consulting
- Strong proficiency in SQL for advanced data extraction, manipulation, and performance tuning
- Hands-on experience with modern data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python or R for data analysis and scripting
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or AWS Redshift
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and master data management
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of industrial systems like MES, ERP, or SCADA is highly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
