This Senior Consultant role involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise data architectures for financial services clients. The successful candidate will develop data strategies, governance frameworks, and cloud-based solutions to support large-scale digital transformations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architectures for major financial services clients
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support complex business requirements
- Define and implement data strategy including data governance, quality, and master data management frameworks
- Design and oversee the development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align technical data solutions with strategic business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and cross-functional project teams
- Assess existing legacy data landscapes and recommend modernization pathways to modern cloud platforms
- Ensure all data solutions comply with industry-specific regulations and information security standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data architecture, data engineering, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of delivering technology solutions within the Financial Services industry (Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets)
- Demonstrated expertise with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, AWS, or Azure Synapse
- Proficiency in data modeling methodologies and tools like Erwin, PowerDesigner, or Hackolade
- Strong technical command of SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or Scala
- Experience with Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka in an enterprise environment
- Solid understanding of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements like GDPR or BCBS 239
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical executive audiences
- Experience in managing full lifecycle data migration or data warehouse implementation projects
