Key Responsibilities

  • Engage C-suite stakeholders to understand core business challenges
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships, and provide consultative guidance on digital strategy and market trends
  • Lead the development and execution of business plans, aligning with customers on ambitious, data-driven goals
  • Identify and cultivate a pipeline of new opportunities to expand partnerships and manage growth across various Google products, regions, and channels
  • Design and pitch tailored advertising solutions and measure campaign performance against KPIs to demonstrate ROI
  • Advocate for and implement cross-platform Google advertising strategies
  • Collaborate with broader internal and external ecosystem stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities
  • Act as an advisor and coach for team members on industry-specific strategies and business development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing
  • 10 years of experience in the travel industry, consulting, or managing digital-native clients
  • Experience navigating high-pressure negotiations and influencing C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong ability to drive cross-functional success and institutionalize best practices
  • Deep expertise in aligning Google's product suite with specific customer objectives and business drivers
  • Proven track record of building data-driven business plans and forecasting pipelines
