Key Responsibilities

  • Drive technical solution for complex AI workloads.
  • Develop and prototype customer-tailored solutions.
  • Provide deep technical consultation to customers.
  • Leverage learnings to contribute to reusable solutions.
  • Document, prioritize and drive resolution of customer feature requests.
  • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture.
  • Experience architecting solutions integrating AI models with enterprise data.
  • Experience coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java.
  • Ability to communicate in Thai fluently.
  • Experience developing agents using frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or ADK.
