About the role

Supervising Associate (Gestor de cobranza) responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection, reconciliation, reporting and coordination with internal and external stakeholders while providing reliable information and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recover and follow up on the portfolio of accounts receivable
  • Reconcile payments with clients
  • Prepare reports to support timely decision‑making
  • Administer information related to payments and collections
  • Provide reliable and timely information to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal and external areas (suppliers, purchase orders, payment complements)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or related fields
  • 2–5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable management
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Strong analytical and information analysis skills
  • Customer‑focused service orientation
