Key Responsibilities

  • Experience with Zero Trust architecture and endpoint security • Experience to enterprise environments with 1,000+ endpoints • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management tools • 3+ years of experience in IT with at least 2 years in endpoint management roles • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, Active Directory, and Group Policy • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash • Familiarity with Windows, Linux operating systems • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills • Knowledge of endpoint security tools and practices • Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint-related incidents and service requests • Participate in lifecycle management of endpoint hardware and software, including procurement, deployment, and decommissioning • Maintain documentation including system configurations, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology or related fields • Possess certifications such as Microsoft Certified
