Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Technology Governance Framework, policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Assess technology risks, including AI-specific risks, and define controls.
- Define product specifications for controls and work with Tech Teams to enforce them.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of governance controls and risk mitigation.
- Integrate AI governance into existing GRC processes and tooling.
- Act as control owner for technology controls and support SOX audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Risk Management or related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance.
- Experience with IT governance and control frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Experience managing audits, control reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services).
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
