About the role
Lead Product Manager responsible for owning the personalisation roadmap for Grab's eCommerce and cross‑sell experiences, driving AI‑led recommendation and discovery improvements across Southeast Asia, and collaborating with distributed ML, data science, and engineering teams in Beijing and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
- End‑to‑End ownership of the personalisation experience roadmap for eCommerce and cross‑sell business priorities
- Build and enhance discovery experiences to increase relevance, conversion and personalisation
- Lead AI‑driven personalisation initiatives leveraging LLM approaches
- Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering to evolve models and signals powering recommendation algorithms
- Translate model improvements into measurable consumer and business outcomes
- Drive product strategy and execution for search, acting as a bridge between tech hubs in Beijing and Singapore and regional stakeholders
Requirements
- 7‑10+ years of product management experience with high‑scale systems such as search, recommendations or marketplaces
- Strong product and quantitative orientation; ability to shape strategy using data, design experiments and balance conversion, relevance and marketplace health
- Fluency with AI tools and LLMs; experience applying them to search or recommendation problems
- Excellent technical communication skills to convey ranking logic, relevance algorithms and system architecture to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience building or improving search retrieval, ranking, optimisation or recommendation systems
- Experience working with distributed, global teams across geographies; English proficiency
