The Deals Strategic Capital Solution (SCS) Senior Associate Manager provides specialized financial advisory and capital project planning for industrial and semiconductor clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic capital solution engagements focusing on industrial manufacturing and semiconductor sectors
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital expenditure and investment decisions
- Conduct technical and financial due diligence on industrial asset portfolios and technology platforms
- Advise clients on optimal capital structures and project financing for major infrastructure investments
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across various strategic capital workstreams
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operational teams to assess financial impacts of technical requirements
- Present high-level strategic findings and investment cases to C-suite and executive stakeholders
- Drive business development efforts by identifying client needs and drafting practice-related proposals
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in deal advisory, corporate finance, or strategic capital projects
- Strong sector expertise in semiconductor manufacturing, industrial tech, or energy systems
- Expert level proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and data analysis
- Proven track record of delivering complex advisory projects within high-pressure environments
- In-depth understanding of the industrial investment life cycle and capital market dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate financial concepts to non-financial audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members while managing multiple client engagements
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or PMP are highly preferred
- Willingness to travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities as required
