About the role
The Assurance PMO Senior Associate oversees project governance and compliance within the Project Management Office, ensuring all engineering and industrial projects adhere to standardized quality frameworks. This role focuses on risk mitigation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of PMO processes to support large-scale manufacturing and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve the PMO governance framework and project assurance processes
- Conduct regular project health checks and audits to ensure compliance with internal standards
- Track and report on project portfolio performance, milestones, and key performance indicators
- Identify, assess, and monitor project risks and issues while facilitating mitigation strategies
- Provide guidance and support to project managers on methodology and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and delivery standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership regarding project status and risk profiles
- Facilitate post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, or project assurance roles
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Prince2, or Agile
- Professional experience within the semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries
- Proven ability to analyze complex project data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, or Planview
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated experience in risk assessment and project governance
- Relevant certification such as PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 is highly preferred
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards in documentation and reporting
